Electrical Maintenance, testing and Installation
Williams Electrical Service (WES) currently provides preventative maintenance, compliance testing and installation of electrical, lighting and communications services for the Woodside Energy tenanted areas at Woodside Plaza, 240 St Georges Terrace in Perth’s CBD. The building currently serves as Woodside Energy’s Perth Office Headquarters. The contract works consist of planned maintenance based on a pre-agreed schedule, and quick planning and response to high priority items and any general ad-hoc works. In addition, WES provides reactive repairs of power, data and lighting as necessary.
Brookfield Commercial Properties
Electrical Maintenance, Testing and Installation
Williams Electrical Service currently provides preventative & reactive maintenance, compliance testing and electrical & data installation services for Brookfield Place Complex, The Ernst & Young Building; and The Bishops See building, in Perth’s CBD. All three (3) buildings are managed by Brookfield Commercial Properties. The contract works consist of preventative maintenance, compliance testing of all base building electrical infrastructure including the high voltage (HV) supply arrangement and backup generator units, low voltage (LV) supply infrastructure, emergency lighting systems and lightning protection.
